How long does it take to process order?
- Most order will be ready to ship within 2-3 days. If there are any exceptions to this processing time we will know and also update the time frame here. Please reach out for Bulk order processing time.
Privacy and Social Media
- We take your privacy very serious and when permission is granted to us to use your order on our Socials Please rest assured we will not sell, give or use your photos in any manor other than for our shops promotions (Reels, Stories, Post, Website Ad)
- If part of your order has photos of children you do not wish to be used but give permission for others to be used please leave a comment at checkout and we will omit those from any advertising use, Thank you
Returns/Refunds
- If your order has not been fulfilled yet please reach out to us via email at (Love.locked.magnets@gmail.com) with your Order # and Details to request a modification or cancellation
- Due to the custom nature of the products your order cannot be canceled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.
- If there are any issues with product quality please reach out via email and we can replace faulty product. Please provide any pictures or video so we can try to pin point the issue of the faulty item to avoid any future problems, Thank you
